The Era of Mother Founding Residency is an intimate, immersive experience designed for the mother who is ready to return to herself. Not to escape motherhood but to deepen into the woman she is becoming through it. Three days in a private luxury villa in Punta Cana, with 10 other women who understand exactly where you are.
The Experience

For three days, you won't be the one making the plans, preparing the meals, managing the schedule or anticipating what everyone else needs. You arrive. We take care of the rest.

A beautiful private villa in Punta Cana reserved exclusively for our intimate group of women. The environment is private, spacious, and restorative — with room to gather and room to disappear when you need solitude.
Nourishment, without a single decision to make
Beautifully prepared meals throughout the residency by our private chef, using fresh, nourishing ingredients. Mornings with fresh juices and coffee, leisurely breakfasts, abundant lunches, and elevated dinners designed to feel like an occasion. Indulgent and nourishing — not restrictive.
Beautiful evenings around the table
Long-table dinners by candlelight. Beautiful food, unhurried conversation, and laughter. The rare luxury of sitting at a table where you didn't plan the meal, cook it, serve it, or clean it up.
Daily movement with Chris Gottlieb
Intentional fitness experiences led by Chris, founder of Eat Lift Love Training and creator of the ELL Sculpt Method. Movement that feels energizing and strengthening — reconnecting women to their bodies, not punishing or performance-driven.
Private massage
Each woman receives a restorative massage during her stay — protected time for her body to soften, recover, and simply receive.
The Motherhood Map
Intimate workshops and guided conversations rooted in the Early Parenthood Development framework. Women will explore where they are in motherhood, what has changed within them, what is carrying too much weight, and what they want the next version of their life to feel like.
Conversation and connection
Unhurried conversations with women who understand the complexity of loving motherhood while still wanting a full relationship with themselves. Space for vulnerability, laughter, friendship, and conversations that rarely happen in everyday life.
Space to do absolutely nothing
Unscheduled time to sleep, read, swim, sit in the sun, journal, have coffee alone, talk with another woman, or simply be quiet. Rest is not the space between programming. Rest is part of the programming.
Everything considered
Transportation, hospitality support, housekeeping, meals, fresh juices, movement experiences, workshops, massage, and thoughtful details throughout. Once she arrives, she should not have to manage the experience herself.
You spend your life anticipating what everyone else needs. For three days, someone has anticipated yours.
